FIRST ANALYSIS

FACTUAL

John Hedgecoe was born on 24th March 1932 and died on 3 June 2010. He was awarded winning British Photographer and the author of over 30 photography books.
He started photography in 1965 at the royal art college. He was professor from 1975 to 1994 and he was also a Professor Emeritus until his death on 3rd June 2010.

CONTEXT
His body movement shows he is a very keen photographer and has took many professional photo's before, most of the movement is in his hips and arms.

TECHNICAL
I think that the photo was staged and the man in the photo was positioned in a certain way by the camera man. This photo looks like it has been edited in a slight way in Photoshop to make the photo look more bright.

AESTHETIC
The style of the photo is classic and has a old look to it just the way the person in the photo is sitting and his body movement. I think this photo has been well thought out and spent time taking this photo
